Two Westphalia in the officers' training of the Navy. From the lip of the Flensburg Fjord


Flensburg - Westphalia: Just in time for the start of the summer temperatures rise. Graduates celebrate completion or finished school the end of their schooling. Holiday - a time to enjoy. They pursue the same ultimate goal: an officer in the German Navy.

The first steps in the new world

For their goal they both travel around 400 kilometers from the lip up to the Flensburg Fjord. He comes out of position, they are from Lemgo. On 1 July, they come together with 149 other comrades at the Naval Academy Mürwik their service. First courses

The small arms shooting training (HWS) is a cornerstone of education. This is also one of the train 23 to the sailor Schmid. Shot but really is not long. The path to the Navy

Dream job helicopter pilot

The officer training at the German Navy

After basic training for the following two Westphalia further training which can be performed in different orders. A block is the infantry training in Plön. It lasts six weeks.

Not just fun
