CARE transported drugs to Gaza health system is on the brink of collapse / "87% of patients in critical condition" - BONN / GAZA - Three trucks with important medical supplies have been brought by the aid organization CARE to Gaza. The life-saving drugs are urgently needed, because "the health care of the Gaza Strip is on the brink of collapse," said Martha Myers, country director of CARE International in Gaza and the West Bank.

According to Myers, there are "more than 87% in critical condition." In some cases, patients were treated on the floors of hospitals, as there were not enough beds.
