On Thursday celebrated pupils, teachers, representatives of county and district council, the construction companies, Wipperfürth Mayor Guido Forsting neighbors and the opening of the new building. The vocational school is very popular for years and recorded increasing pupil numbers. "But this school year we have 1800 participants, in the past school year there were about 1700," reported the deputy headmaster Peter Starke. "Because of our high quality teaching and facilities, we expect to continue with growth," adds Brandt. The increasing space requirements was the Oberbergische district school boards as a bill. In the autumn of last year put the district administrator at the groundbreaking ceremony today and thanked the contractors Schmidt from church and Freusburg Säbu from Morsbach for their good and timely work. "Eight months ago, the company Schmidt for a contract worth 600,000 euros made a new ground level, to ensure that the new construction and 87 new parking spaces could," said district administrator Jobi. This had to be 18 000 cubic meters of soil removed. In another five months, the company built Säbu the 1.75 million-euro education buildings.
